3. Single Visit Passes

  • Change of Mind: If you purchased a single visit pass and are unable to attend, we are unable to offer a refund. However, if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance, we can reschedule your visit for a future date.

  • Service Issues: If there was an issue with our facility that significantly impacted your visit (e.g., unexpected closures, safety concerns, etc.), please reach out to us within 7 days, and we will assess your eligibility for a partial or full refund.

4. Memberships

  • Cooling-Off Period: For new members, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. During this period, you may cancel your membership for a full refund, provided you have not used any services. If you have attended within this period, we may deduct a pro-rata fee for services used.

  • Early Termination: After the cooling-off period, members may cancel their membership; however, refunds will not be issued for remaining time within the membership term. Exceptional cases (e.g., medical issues preventing usage, relocation) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
